I drove a Westlake Cab for 24 years and over those years and I learned a thing or two about customer service.
You will never speak to a rude dispatcher when calling us. You will get accurate time quotes. You will have prompt time order service when requested and agreed on. We will be in communication if anything interrupts that service and not leave you wondering. We will call you either as we near or upon arrival. Once you have established yourself as a preferred customer, if you need a ride, there is no place in Ohio we will leave you stranded.
After so many years at the cab company, I developed a lot of contacts, so at any time. If, for any reason, we cannot get to you, then we can contact someone who can. We can usually, on busy nights, get you a cab faster than the cab company. Our idea of customer service is serving you, the customer. We hope that, in the event that we can't get you and must send someone else, then you will remember that we were looking to take care of you first rather than putting the buck first. We are not greedy looking to get every fare we can get and maybe by that simple bit of customer service, you will call again.
